Dr. Mohd. Qaleem is Liver Transplant, Hepato-biliary and Gastro-surgeon. He has special interest in Advanced Laparoscopic GI and GI Cancer Surgery with a 12 years career in surgical field. After completing his degrees in MBBS and MS (Gen. Surgery), he did “DNB-SS (super-speciality /~MCh)” doctorate degree in “Surgical Gastroenterology and Liver Transplantation” from 2012 to 2015 at Indraprastha Apollo hospital New Delhi. After completing his DNB-SS, he did post doctoral one year ‘Senior Registrarship’ in Advanced GI laparoscopy and GI Surgery department at Apollo hospital New Delhi. After this he worked in GI, GI cancers, advanced laparoscopic GI surgery and liver transplant department from mid 2016 to December 2017 at GIPMER (GB Pant Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research) / GB Pant Hospital, New Delhi for approximately one & half years. He Joined Institute of Liver & Digestive Diseases a unit of Fortis Escorts Hospital Okhla, New Delhi in “Liver Transplant and GI, HPB, Minimal Access & Bariatric Surgery department” on January 2018 to November 2018 as ‘associate consultant’ and as ‘consultant’ since November 2018.
